CE also specializes in electrical contracting and tele-communication. CE is continuously delivering project outcomes that meet or surpass client expectations, and has gained repeat service requests from our prime contractors and clients.
CE has the focused business direction in electrical and environmental engineering, with specialties of environmental data collection and analysis, control/communication system construction and rehabilitation, and O&M of pump station and water control structures. Located in Orlando, Florida, CE is fully supported by a team of professionals including water resource engineers, control/electrical engineers, GIS/database specialists, and construction managers.
