Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP)

Quarterly inspections are conducted on three (3) screw pumps in the WWTP. The screw pump station must maintain at least one (1) active pump at all times. We ensure these pump stations remain operational. Repairs or replacements are performed immediately upon discovery of issues.

USDA ARS BARC East and West WWTP Rehab
Beltsville, Maryland

As part of the USDA Agricultural Research Service’s Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC) wastewater treatment plant rehabilitation project, Comp Environmental provided comprehensive repair and replacement services for critical infrastructure at both the East and West facilities. Our work included repairing and replacing pumps, valves, piping systems, and motor control centers (MCCs) to ensure continued reliable operation of these essential wastewater treatment facilities.

Building 4553 Asbestos Abatement and Restoration

Asbestos abatement in the occupied four-story building during COVID required enhanced safety protocols, phased work to minimize tenant exposure, and coordinated scheduling with social distancing measures. Following abatement, restoration included rebuilding demolished areas, installing new finishes, and conducting air quality testing before reoccupancy.
